I can’t find my game code

Your code was emailed a few minutes after you paid. Search your inbox and spam for “Someone Is Lying”. Still missing? Reply to your order email, or write to [email protected] with the email address you ordered with.

The printer won’t pair
  1. Charge the printer fully, then switch it on.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and keep the printer within a metre.
  3. Pair from inside the Someone Is Lying app.
  4. Still nothing? Switch the printer off and on, close and reopen the app, and try again. If the printer was paired to another phone, unpair it there first.
What paper does it use?

Standard 58 mm thermal receipt rolls, sold at most office supply stores. [To confirm: roll diameter / length that fits]

When will my printer arrive?

We ship within Australia with AusPost. You’ll get a tracking email once it’s sent. Shipping cost and delivery time are quoted at checkout from your postcode. See shipping & returns.

Can I get a refund?

Email [email protected] with your order email address. When an order is fully refunded, any game codes that haven’t been used yet stop working. The details are in shipping & returns.
