The case
Everyone watched the doors. Everyone saw the killer.
Bellwater, 1926. On the eve of the lantern fair, the town's celebrated inventor disappears from his own workshop while every gate is under watch. By dawn he has been found, and every watcher swears that no stranger came in.
Every one of them is telling the truth. Read what prints, catch the small lies, and work out who walked past them all before the last lantern goes out.
